Demand for developers with XML skills has grown substantially in recent years. This demand is fuelled by; an ever-increasing need for organisations to deliver targeted content and information to users as it happens, as well as growth in online comparison product sites.
The World Wide Web Consortium, and numerous businesses in The Netherlands are using XML which has lead to an increase in the number XML jobs.
It is also important to note that some XML roles specialise in XML only, whilst other roles are broader and may be combined with other programming languages such as Java or C#.
